Assuming commission is built into the quotation / deal, commission will be
payable immediately with each deal. To claim the commission dealers
should raise a separate invoice to Mazda Contract Hire as follows:
- The invoice amount should be the same as that on the quotation.
- The invoice must include the hirer name.
- The invoice must include the vehicle registration number.
- The dealer VAT number must be detailed on the invoice.
- Hand written invoices cannot be accepted.
