In line with Consumer Hire legislation ownership of the vehicle lies
with Mazda Contract Hire and cannot be transferred to the hirer for
revenue and taxation reasons. If Mazda Contract Hire sells the vehicle to
the hirer, then all of the tax allowance the hirer claimed could
potentially be forfeited. However the vehicle can be sold by Business
Partner to a driver or employee of the company who was the hirer.
