What happens if the vehicle is damaged when the customer hands the vehicle back at the end of the contract?
At the beginning of the contract, the customer receives a guide from Mazda Contract Hire, which provides details of what is considered to be normal wear (and what isn't). This guide is based on the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association agreed guidelines and the customer will be referred to this in any cases where they dispute or disagree the assessment during the vehicle inspection.
