Information will be provided to the original supplying dealer detailing the contracts that are due to expire to ensure that all renewal opportunities can be maximised by the dealer. Mazda Contract Hire will
provide assistance to the dealers on all renewal opportunities to ensure that brand for brand renewals are achieved.
Prior to the end of the contract, the customer will be notified that the vehicle must be returned to Mazda Contract Hire and arrangements will be made to collect the vehicle. The vehicle will be inspected in the customer's presence and any excess mileage or body damage will be noted and agreed with the customer.
